Making is how I stay close to the mystery of being alive. Through the body, I find an articulation of a human moment. I hope to evoke a sense of recognition, or a reminder to feel deeply alive.

My process is shaped by observation, stillness, and the meeting of deliberate action with childlike play. A cup of coffee, a walk outside, or time in the studio can all offer the same unfolding. I work with the body, voice, and text to explore what lives beneath the surface, blending intuition, movement, and gentle attention. I return often to cycles of care and transformation, trusting that something essential will reveal itself when tended to.

Currently, I am drawn to the tension between freedom and confinement and the quiet ways these forces live in the body. Confinement can move like a faint echo beneath the skin or reveal itself as a story learned too early. Through my practice, I trace these edges and listen. This listening guides me toward a way of making that honors containment and the impulse to stretch, expand, or break open.
